I could write a novel of amazing things about Norwichtown Pet Resort. My Golden, Brady, LOVES going to daycare (even though he is hesitant to walk in LOL) -- every time he goes to daycare, he comes home and sleeps for days. He could play outside with the staff and other pups 24/7 if he could. I love getting the report cards about his daycare days when I am at work and the picture of him being a goof makes my day! Sometimes he can be a difficult and crazy boy, but the staff always greets him & I with a smile and a big hug (well, Brady forces the hug LOL) When we go away for weekend trips and he stays for boarding, he is very well taken care of and the staff always makes sure he's content and comfortable. I have all the trust in the world in the staff when we go away and know he is always in good hands. Thank you for always taking care of my special boy - you are truly the best around!!!

We just picked up Holley Bearre after her week long vacation at the Norwichtown Pet Resort and her enthusiastic mood said it all. She was pampered, groomed and so excited to see us. The staff went above and beyond in my opinion, they even washed her bedding and her special feeding dish. Thank you for taking such good care of our girl and treating her like the princess she is.

This is by far the best pet resort and spa! My dog has never had so much fun with lots of playtime and super friendly camp counselors. I received a daily report card with a picture of my dog (smiling in every picture) letting me know how he was doing. He played so much and had such a blast, he needed multiple naps! The staff is amazing, kind, friendly, and super responsible. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing he was in the best hands.

I have two difficult dogs and I can’t lie I was scared leaving them at first. All the staff was able to work with my Monster and I felt super comfortable the very next morning when I called to check up on my fur babies. Thankyou Norwichtown Pet Resort, Monster had a great time, hopefully Tamú will enjoy herself next time.

Bruschi is so happy, He loves Norwichtown Pet Resort he feels so at home and loved by all, we go for training and doggie play dates, and now grooming we have everything done in one place so that Bruschi feels so at home and LESS anxiety after losing his best friend Buford, he needed more stability, I am so grateful for all they have done for my Bruschi THIS is a home away from home for all FUR BABIES!!

We were very happy to get a day to ourself without our puppy (8 months old) Honey. Very surprised in getting a photo of our girl at play. We received a lot of rain that day, so on pickup, Honey was dried off and exhausted. Thankyou Norwichtown Resort & Spa.

Our dog just spent several days at the resort, with a mix of group and one-on-one activities. He also had a bath and grooming. I am grateful beyond words to every single fantastic staff member of the resort, knowing how happy he is here, how well he's taken care of and how much he enjoys himself. Coming home is bittersweet for him - he is happy to see us but sad to leave - and that is exactly what you want to see. He returned home very healthy and very happy! We will definitely be back very soon.

My beagle Casey loves coming here. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Casey suffers from some pretty bad separation anxiety so I was a little nervous when I boarded him here, but the staff made sure he knew he wasn’t alone. When I picked him up there were no signs of distress. Now when he comes here I can barely put the car in park and he is ready to jump out of the car. Rebecca is also amazing at grooming him. He leaves there looking so handsome. I highly recommend bringing your pet here.

On February 10 we brought our sweet Emmie in for the first time for a much needed grooming. It was the best most complete groom our girl has had. She looks amazing and we are so thankful we decided to try Norwich Pet Resort and Rebecca. We have two dogs and when our Caspian is ready for his next groom we will be taking him to Rebecca! I highly recommend Norwich Pet Resort for grooming and pet care!

We recently just started bringing our puppy beagle, Kemba, to doggy daycare and it has already become his favorite place to go! The staff is so friendly and answers all of your questions. We love getting his report card at the end of the day and seeing a cute picture, along with reading who he had fun playing with. We can't thank the staff enough for giving us a place to go to, that we know our dog loves!

My dog Diesel is so afraid to have his nails cut, no one could go near him, until Rebecca at the Pet Resort started doing his nails along my other dog Ruger, her kindness patients and professionalism goes above and beyond! My dogs are excited to see her!

Once again, we had our two miniature schnauzers groomed. All the staff are exceptional! The groomer (Rebecca) made special accommodations, as our girls have anxiety in different environments. The visit was minimized to only three hours. The groomer also makes sure the girls are not separated throughout the grooming process. The girls return home stress free and absolutely beautiful! We just LOVE this place! Cannot thank everyone enough for taking exceptional care of the girls.

My dog Maizy is my baby and I don't trust many people with her. That being said I know that when I drop her off she is being well taken care of. I have the utmost confidence and respect for the whole staff. I pick her up and she is happy, healthy, and tired. I also highly recommend their training classes. Tim has been great. We just lost one of our beloved dogs and Norwichtown Pet Resort and Spa was one of the first to send us a card and be there for our other dog, Bruschi was beside himself so lost, and Norwichtown Pet Resort has been here to help me and Bruschi through this. I am so thankful for this and I feel they have gone above and Beyond and treated Bruschi just like family letting him know they are there for him, I am truly thankful to know they are there in this time of need.

Billie, our 15 year old Tweener dachshund, has been a guest at Norwichtown Spa four times in the past two years. Her younger dachshund “sister” accompanies her! As a frail visitor, Billie has been treated with exceptional care and kindness by the staff, especially Tim, who watched over her twice this month. Apart from friends caring for brief stints, we haven’t left our girls in a “spa” for many years. Norwichtown alleviated any and all of our anxieties and changed our minds. Thank you! We have been taking our Standard Poodle to Norwichtown Pet Resort to be groomed for years and we have always been happy. For a business that has lots of dogs, there is no “doggy” smell. All employees are pleasant and professional. Just started bringing our second one there for grooming too. Rebecca does a wonderful job with both of them!! Highly recommend NPR!!
