Accommodations

Premier Suites
Spacious inside suites ranging in size from 4’x4′ to 8’x8′ with a 4′ high block wall between each pet for individual privacy. Each guest has an attached 4’x16′ outside covered patio overlooking our beautiful natural country meadow. Here, pets can socialize with neighbors. All Suites have heated floors and air conditioning for your pet’s comfort. Skylights provide natural lighting. Plants and piped-in soothing music throughout create an atmosphere like home. Special accommodations are made for senior pets, puppies or those with special needs.
Imperial Suites
These spacious suites have all the qualities of our Doggy Suites plus luxury bedding, Flat screen TVs, a Supervised Paw Patrol and a Date with a Pet Care Specialist.

Petite Palace Suites

These Suites are designed just for our tiny canine   guest featuring a flat screen TV, special petite               bedding with an included Snuggle Date.

Paw Patrol
Supervised Paw Patrol offers your pooch a trip to our huge outside grassy play area. This is a chance for your dog to run, roll, sniff or take a brief stroll.

Play Dates
Your choice of activity with a Pet Care Specialist can be provided. What would your special friend enjoy? A walk, a game of fetch, a rub down or maybe just some cuddle time. Let us know what your canine friend would love.

Required Vaccinations and Current Town Dog Licence Certificate 
For the protection of all our guests, we require proof of the following vaccinations in the form of veterinary records. All records must be current and/or have been performed at least 7 days prior to arrival.Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella or Current Titers.

The State of Connecticut requires us to have current Town Dog Licence and Rabies Certificates for all boarding and Day Care dogs in our care.  They do not accept tags.

This is a flea free Pet Resort. All pets must be free of fleas & ticks. If evidence of fleas are found the pet will be given a flea & tick preventative and flea bath at the owner’s expense.

Medications
We will be happy to administer your pet’s medications as is required to meet their special needs (excluding insulin injections). There is a .75 cent charge for each medication administered.

Food
Each Pet is prepared a customized breakfast and dinner of premium foods. You are always permitted to provide your pet’s preferred food.

Treats
You are welcome to bring a bag of your pets favorite treats for your pets stay. We do not accept rawhide products, greenies or any other product we feel may be a choking hazard.

Toys
You are welcome to bring ONE favorite toy per guest. We are not responsible for the loss or destruction of toys.

 Bedding
We provide bedding for all our guests. You are welcome to bring a machine washable bed with no filling. We are not responsible for the loss or destruction of beds provided by you.

Bathing
We highly recommend a bath before your dog’s departure from the pet resort. Please inquire about our therapeutic Hydro Spa Bathing System.

Kitty Suites
A special quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the day. Spacious individual kitty condos contain a house for sleeping and two elevated resting platforms for climbing and stretching. There are radiant heated floors for winter warmth and air conditioning for summer comfort. Large windows and skylights provide natural light. Plants and piped-in soothing music all add a touch of home. These sunny airy surroundings were designed especially for feline friends by day and night lights for the nocturnal feline.

Kitty Imperial Suites
These are spacious indoor/outdoor suites. Felines enjoy the large outside window sill where they can watch the birds, get fresh air and relax during the day. For more entertainment they enjoy gazing at their very own fish tank or scaling the carpeted maze on the wall where they are able to reach new heights. There are a variety of toys for the active cat and places to rest and relax for the laid back cat.

Kitty Play Time
Individual play time for cats are held either in the spacious indoor/outdoor play room or in the large open Cattery can be provided for an additional charge. Cats can enjoy a large outside window sill where they can watch the birds, get fresh and just relax. There are carpeted trees and a variety of toys for the active cat and places to rest and relax for the laid back cat.

Kitty Play Date
Your choice of activity with a Pet Care Specialist can be provided for an additional charge. What would your cat enjoy? A game of chase the toy, a light grooming or maybe just some cuddle time. Let us know what your feline friend would love.

Yes, we even have room for special friends such as birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets, and pot belly pigs, etc. are also welcome so please feel free to ask about other guests.
