How to log into our PetExec Portal for the Norwichtown Pet Resort  & Spa:

1. Go to the PetExec Login Screen.
2. Your username is your email address that you have provided us with.
3. Your password is your pet’s name followed by your last name, all lowercase, all one word. Example: fidojohnson
4. Upon logging in, click ‘Sign Agreement’.
5. Click View / Sign.
6. Review the contract.
7. Sign by entering your username and password at the bottom of the screen or sign your name on touch screens.

How to upload your pet’s vaccination records:

1. Login to the PetExec portal.
2. Navigate to your Dashboard.
3. Click ‘File Uploads’.
4. Upload your vaccination records and current town dog license.  Acceptable formats include .PDF, .JPEG, and .PNG.
